Serie A clubs Juventus and Napoli are reportedly monitoring the progress of Leeds United's Wilfried Gnonto, with the Italian duo interested in signing the player.

Serie A giants Juventus and Napoli are reportedly interested in signing Leeds United attacker Wilfried Gnonto in this summer's transfer window.

The Italian youngster made the switch from FC Zurich to Elland Road in August and has been a regular starter for the Premier League outfit so far this season, appearing 16 times in the league and providing five goal contributions.

The 19-year-old possesses international pedigree having made his debut for Italy in December 2021, with the player scoring his first goal for Roberto Mancini's side during their 5-2 loss against Germany in June.

According to 90min, Juventus and Napoli are amongst a host of Serie A clubs that are keeping an eye on the progress of Gnonto in the Premier League.

The report claims that AC Milan, Roma and Atalanta BC are also interested in the player and have been monitoring the 19-year-old over recent weeks, with the winger registering assists in Leeds' recent matches against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Brighton & Hove Albion.

Despite collecting four points in their last two matches, Javi Gracia's men are still embroiled in a relegation battle at the foot of the Premier League standings - the Yorkshire club travel to league leaders Arsenal after the international break.
