Fulham want Leeds striker Matt Smith?

Leeds United striker Matt Smith is reportedly a transfer target of fellow Championship side Fulham.

Fulham manager Felix Magath is reportedly keen to sign Leeds United centre-forward Matt Smith.

Earlier this summer, Leeds lost striker Ross McCormack to their Championship counterparts for £11m.

According to The People, Magath is eager to reunite McCormack with his former strike partner, despite the fact that he only signed a contract extension at Elland Road earlier this month.

It is believed that the West London outfit are prepared to part with £1.4m to secure the 25-year-old's services.

Smith joined Leeds last year following a two-year stint with League One side Oldham Athletic.
