Leeds United manager Brian McDermott has praised his team following their 2-0 win over Wigan Athletic in the Championship this evening.
The Whites boss said that his players are beginning to develop a "winning mentality" after their latest result made it four victories in their last five matches.
McDermott singled out goalkeeper Paddy Kenny and top goalscorer Ross McCormack for praise during his post-match interviews.
"Paddy made a good save at 1-0 and Ross McCormack obviously, I thought he was terrific, he led the line very well and we were solid," Sky Sports News quotes him as saying.
"They had a lot of the ball in the second half, but I didn't think they really got behind us and two good finishes by Ross, that's it in a nutshell.
"We're trying to build a winning mentality, we've played better this season, but we're learning how to win together."
The result leaves Leeds just outside of the Championship playoff places in seventh position in the table.
