Everton are handed a trip to League One outfit Fleetwood Town in one of the picks of the EFL Cup second round draw.

Everton have been drawn away at Fleetwood Town in the second round of the EFL Cup.

The Toffees are one of 13 Premier League clubs to enter at this stage of the competition, and Frank Lampard will be satisfied with the opportunity to face a fellow North-West side from a lower division.

Aston Villa will travel to the same area to take on Bolton Wanderers, as will Leicester City who square off against Stockport County.

The North-West theme continues with Newcastle United making the trip to Tranmere Rovers, while Leeds United have been handed a Yorkshire derby against Barnsley.

Wolverhampton Wanderers will play host to Preston North End, with Brighton & Hove Albion making the visit to Forest Green Rovers.

Nottingham Forest are also on their travels to go up against Grimsby Town, as are Fulham who will meet Crawley Town.

Norwich City and Bournemouth meet at Carrow Road having traded places in the Premier League, while Southampton will play away at Cambridge United.
