The agent of Ronaldinho has hinted that the Brazilian star will join a Major League Soccer club later this year.
Former Barcelona and AC Milan midfielder Ronaldinho, who has been crowned World Player of the Year on two occasions, had to fend off suggestions earlier this month that he was planning to retire.
Despite signing a two-year deal with Mexican outfit Queretaro in September last year, agent Roberto de Assis Moreira has now openly admitted that the 35-year-old is seeking a move away.
"Ronaldinho will play for Queretaro until the middle of the year then we are going to look for another club," he is quoted as saying by Goal.com.
"MLS needs big players to increase the appeal of soccer to the American public. In sport anything can happen, although nobody has contacted me yet."
Both Los Angeles Galaxy and New York Red Bulls have been linked with a move for Ronaldinho.
