Ryan Fraser: 'Soft Brentford goals are frustrating'

Ryan Fraser believes Ipswich Town will learn from their late two-goal collapse against Brentford.

Ipswich Town winger Ryan Fraser was disappointed at his side's two-goal collapse away at Brentford, but believes the team will learn from the game.

The 21-year-old, who is on loan from Bournemouth, scored Town's second goal on his debut - but late strikes from Andre Gray and James Tarkowski saw the two sides share the day's spoils.

Fraser told the club's official website: "The dressing room is a little low right now as you can imagine and all the lads are disappointed not to have won the game.

"We played really well for 92 minutes and could have even scored more, but in the end we've let the lead slip with a couple of soft goals at the end which is frustrating.

"But we can't get too down about it. We have to look at the positives and just view this as a learning curve.

"It's disappointing to not start the season with a win but if we play like that over the next 45 games, I'm sure we will be right up there."

Ipswich take on Stevenage in the League Cup on Tuesday.
