After their bitter disappointment in Europe this week, AC Milan seek a reaction against Spezia when the teams meet at Stadio Alberto Picco on Saturday.

Milan's first-leg loss to city rivals Inter Milan leaves hopes of Champions League glory hanging by a thread - and they are yet to secure a return to the competition for next season via Serie A. Meanwhile, their hosts last won in March - against none other than Inter.

Between two huge derbies and amid a worrying run of results, Milan may make heavy weather of seeing off their struggling hosts - particularly as the Rossoneri's second string have proved impotent when called upon this season.
