Steve Bruce admits Aaron McLean, Nick Proschwitz could leave

Hull City boss Steve Bruce confirms that Nick Proschwitz and Aaron McLean could still leave the club despite helping them to the fourth round of the FA Cup.

Hull City boss Steve Bruce has revealed that both Aaron McLean and Nick Proschwitz could leave the club this month.

The duo both secured the club's passage to the fourth round of the FA Cup by hitting one goal apiece in the 2-0 victory over Middlesbrough this afternoon.

However, the former Sunderland manager admits that their goalscoring heroics may not be enough to save their careers at the KC Stadium if they are subject of interest from elsewhere.

Bruce told reporters: "Obviously that is a possibility, if an opportunity comes along and suits both players than that could happen."

The Tigers host Chelsea in the Premier League next weekend.
