Huddersfield Town head coach David Wagner admits that his side are still "on a learning curve" as the Terriers continue to adjust to life in the Premier League.

Huddersfield Town head coach David Wagner has revealed that the club have 'realistic ambitions' for their first season in the Premier League.

The Terriers currently sit in 12th place in the table, but the newly-promoted team have failed to win any of their last six fixtures in the top flight.

Ahead of the visit of Manchester United, Wagner has acknowledged that there may be difficult moments in their campaign, but the German backed his players to come through them providing that they show the correct attitude.

The 46-year-old told reporters: "We have our clear vision and no limits but we don't have expectation that aren't realistic.

"We have to be totally clear what made us strong and we can't remember who we are and where we've come from. We are humble. We will always stay very humble and that has helped us to be successful.

"We have to accept that our players are on a learning curve. This is the difference between the top class players and other players."

Huddersfield and United will be meeting in a competitive match for the first time since 1972.
