Hoffenheim head coach Markus Gisdol has confirmed his disappointment that the German Football Association has decided that the ghost-goal game against Bayer Leverkusen will not be replayed.
Stefan Kiessling was awarded what proved to be the winner in the second half, although his header went wide and into the net via a hole and the club have revealed that they will not be appealing the decision of the DFB.
"I'm obviously disappointed, but not surprised," Gisdol told the club's official website.
"We will now look forward and, as always, it is best to focus on the challenges ahead."
Kiessling has been largely criticised for his celebration after first holding his head in his hands at missing the chance.
