Heerenveen vs. Groningen (Sunday, 11.15am)

Off the back of two defeats in the space of three days, Heerenveen will go in search of a much-needed lift when they welcome Groningen to the Abe Lenstra Stadion on Sunday.
While the home side head into this weekend's clash in low spirits, their visitors will be brimming with confidence having mounted a late comeback last time out.
We say: Heerenveen 1-1 Groningen
Groningen have every reason to believe they can claim all three points here, but Heerenveen will surely have other ideas as they look to make home advantage count.
We can see the teams cancelling each other out to settle for a point apiece in the end.

Almere City vs. FC Twente (Sunday, 1.30pm)

Looking to record their maiden victory of the 2024-25 league campaign, relegation candidates Almere City will welcome Europa League-bound FC Twente to Yanmar Stadion for an Eredivisie clash on Sunday afternoon.
De Zwarte Schapen have failed to live up to their standards from last season during the opening weeks of the fresh term, whilst the Tukkers are beginning to hit their stride following a rocky start domestically and on the continental stage.
We say: Almere City 1-2 FC Twente
After losing 7-1 to PSV at home earlier in the season, Almere will be desperately looking to avoid another heavy defeat at the hands of an Eredivisie powerhouse this weekend.
Twente appeared to be returning to their best form in the home win over Heerenveen last time out, and we expect the Tukkers to record their second victory of the week at Yanmar Stadion on Sunday.

Feyenoord vs. NAC Breda (Sunday, 1.30pm)

Feyenoord will be looking to bounce back from their midweek disappointment when they return to the Eredivisie to face NAC Breda at Stadion Feijenoord on Sunday afternoon.
These two sides are part of the seven teams in the league currently on six points, though Feyenoord have played a game less than most around them barring Ajax.
We say: Feyenoord 2-1 NAC Breda
While Feyenoord have been a long way from the type of league form we have become accustomed to seeing from them, this feels like a match that they should be taking all three points from.
NAC have already shown that they are not just in the top flight to make up the numbers this season, but we are going with the hosts to come out on top in this one.

Sittard vs. PSV (Sunday, 3.45pm)

Fortuna Sittard will be in for a stern test this Sunday when they host free-scoring PSV Eindhoven at Fortuna Sittard Stadion in gameweek six of the 2024-25 Eredivisie season.
Both sides enter this match off the back of defeats, with the hosts suffering a heavy 5-0 loss to Ajax, while the visitors went down to Juventus in the opening round of the Champions League.
We say: Fortuna Sittard 0-3 PSV Eindhoven
PSV experienced a rare outing where they were outplayed and outscored in midweek and will want to rebound from that result this weekend. Given Fortuna's recent record, we feel the Farmers will cruise to a comfortable victory in this one.
