Report: Werder Bremen want Bryan Ruiz

A report claims that Werder Bremen will make a £4m move for Fulham attacker Bryan Ruiz.

Werder Bremen are reportedly preparing a £4m move for Fulham attacker Bryan Ruiz.

The Costa Rican international impressed for his country at this summer's World Cup, with his performances reportedly drawing the attention of a host of European clubs.

The 27-year-old joined Fulham from Twente in 2011, but largely failed to settle in London and spent a period on loan at PSV Eindhoven last season.

According to Bild, Bremen will make an official offer for the experienced attacker this week.

Ruiz has scored 15 times in 67 games for his country.
