Fulham seal double deal for Ben Pringle, Andy Lonergan

Fulham announce the double signing of midfielder Ben Pringle and goalkeeper Andy Lonergan, with both players signing two-year contracts at Craven Cottage.

Championship side Fulham have confirmed the double signing of midfielder Ben Pringle and goalkeeper Andy Lonergan.

The duo are both out of contract this summer at Rotherham United and Bolton Wanderers respectively and will join Fulham on free transfers.

They have both signed two-year contracts with the Cottagers, who have the option to extend the deal to a third year if they wish.

Speaking to the club website, Pringle said: "As soon as I knew that there was interest from Fulham I wanted to come here straight away. You just have to look at the size of the club and where they've been in the past – hopefully we can get there again before too long.

"I like to think I'll bring energy to the team. I try to make things happen, I can cross a ball okay and try to get in little pockets."

Pringle leaves Rotherham after four years with the Millers, while Lonergan moves on following three seasons with the Trotters.
