David Moyes admits Marouane Fellaini could leave Everton in January

Everton boss David Moyes says that Marouane Fellaini could leave the club in January if the Toffees receive the right offer.

Everton manager David Moyes has admitted that Marouane Fellaini could leave Merseyside when the transfer window opens in January.

Fellaini has a long-term contract at Goodison Park but opened speculation about his future earlier this week after claiming that this could be his last season at Everton.

Moyes told the Daily Mail: "I won't say there's no chance in the next window because everybody is available throughout the world if the offer is right.

"But one thing I know is the transfer window is closed so he's not going anywhere right now.

He is also quoted in The Mirror as saying: "I have got no problem if other clubs start circling for my players.

"What I do know is that they can't come in and take any of my players until January and we are only in September."

Everton continue their Premier League campaign with a home game against Newcastle United on Monday, September 17.
