Watford forward Richarlison will reportedly undergo a medical with Everton within the next 24 hours ahead of finalising a £44m switch between the clubs.

Everton have agreed to pay Premier League rivals Watford £44m to sign Brazilian forward Richarlison, according to a report.

The 21-year-old is believed to be on Merseyside ready to undergo a medical within the next 24 hours ahead of finalising a big-money switch.

Watford accepted Everton's offer on Saturday, meaning a mega profit on the £11.5m spent to sign the youngster from Fluminense last summer when Marco Silva was in charge at Vicarage Road.

Having been left out of the Hornets' friendly against Fortuna Dusseldorf this weekend, the Daily Mail claims that a transfer is now on the brink of being officially completed.

Richarlison, previously touted as a target for Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea, failed to register a single goal or assist in 23 matches in the second half of last season.
