Luke Shaw has earned his first call-up to the England senior squad for next Wednesday's friendly against Denmark.
The 18-year-old defender, who has made 27 appearances for Southampton this season, won the first of his three caps for the Under-21s in September.
Elsewhere, Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling and Everton's Ross Barkley have also been named in Roy Hodgson's 30-man squad.
Arsenal winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has been included in the absence of injured club teammate Theo Walcott, while Tottenham Hotspur pair Andros Townsend and Jermain Defoe retain their places.
West Bromwich Albion's Ben Foster returns to the international fold as Hodgson names four goalkeepers in his squad.
