Darren Bent and Micah Richards have been ruled out of England's Euro 2012 qualifier against Wales on Tuesday through injury.
Aston Villa striker Bent is struggling with a groin injury, while Manchester City defender Richards is out with a hamstring problem.
Both players have withdrawn from the squad and returned to their respective clubs for treatment on the injuries.
England boss Fabio Capello has decided against calling up any replacements for the duo in the squad for the game at Wembley.
Neither Bent or Richards featured in the team that eased to victory over Bulgaria on Friday night.
