El-Hadji Diouf hints at Doncaster Rovers stay

El-Hadji Diouf suggests that he will stay with Doncaster Rovers if they avoid relegation this season.

El-Hadji Diouf has revealed that he would consider extending his stay with Doncaster Rovers beyond the end of the current season.

However, the former Liverpool attacker has admitted that he is likely to move on if the club are relegated from the Championship.

"Will I be here next season? It's definitely a possibility," said Diouf. "First, let's stay up, then anything is possible. You never know.

"I'm happy because I like playing football and we have a good gaffer who wants us to play with passion.

"I love football. It's my life. It's all I know because I've never worked. As long as I'm on the pitch, I'm happy."

Diouf, joined Rovers in October 2011.
