Notts County take Kwame Thomas on loan from Derby County

Notts County sign Kwame Thomas on loan from Derby County for a month.

League One side Notts County have signed teenage forward Kwame Thomas on a month's loan from Derby County.

The 19-year-old becomes the second Ram to move temporarily to Meadow Lane following Alefe Santos's loan switch on Friday.

Thomas was named Derby's Under-21 Player of the Year in 2013-14 and made his first-team debut as a substitute against Leeds United in November.

He could make his Magpies debut at home to Crewe Alexandra on Saturday.
