Crystal Palace manager Dougie Freedman has revealed that he has "one or two" signings lined up as he continues to wrestle with his transfer budget.
Freedman has brought in four players so far and has previously admitted more signings are necessary, and he has now said that he is looking at a couple of Premier League players.
"I can understand the fans' frustration for not signing one or two names, but we're on a strict budget and we try to stick to it," Freedman told the Croydon Advertiser.
"With the contacts I've got, there's one or two lined up. We'll be looking at attack-minded players from the Premier League."
Freedman has been manager of Palace since being promoted from assistant in January last year.
