Burnley boss Sean Dyche is reportedly Crystal Palace's preferred candidate to replace Roy Hodgson this summer.
The Eagles are said to have put plans in place to bring in a new manager following a terrible end to the 2019-20 campaign.
Palace have lost seven Premier League games in a row, failing to score in all but one of those, placing Hodgson's job under serious threat.
According to The Mirror, Dyche is firmly in the frame to succeed Hodgson in the Selhurst Park dugout after another impressive campaign for Burnley.
The Clarets are ninth in the table and can post their record Premier League points total if they avoid defeat in their final-day clash with Brighton & Hove Albion.
Should Dyche jump ship at the end of the season, it is claimed that he will take his backroom staff with him, including trusted assistant Ian Woan.
