Report: Galatasaray reject Chelsea bid for left-back Alex Telles

Chelsea have seen a bid for Galatasaray's Brazilian left-back Alex Telles rejected, according to reports.

Galatasaray have rejected a £5m bid from Chelsea for Alex Telles, a new report claims.

The Daily Star suggests that Jose Mourinho is interested in signing the Brazilian left-back, but the Blues are yet to offer the right deal to the Turkish giants.

"We have not received a bid which matches our valuation for Alex Telles," Galatasaray manager Hamza Hamzaoglu is quoted as saying.

Chelsea have been in the market for a new left-back since the departure of Filipe Luis to Atletico Madrid, and are also reported to be in negotiations for Augsburg's Baba Rahman.
