Oscar wants international teammate Neymar to leave Santos for Chelsea

Neymar reveals that Brazil teammates Oscar and Dani Alves have been sending him text messages in an effort to persuade him to move to Europe.

Brazil international Neymar has revealed that Chelsea midfielder Oscar has been pestering him in an effort to get the Santos star to join him in west London.

Santos star Neymar's future continues to be the subject of intense speculation, with persistent rumours of a move to Europe surrounding the 20-year-old for much of his career.

Neymar told reporters that Oscar and Dani Alves at Barcelona are both desperate for him to join their respective clubs.

He said: "Oscar messages me to tell me what a great club Chelsea is and what a great city London is.

"He and Dani are both very good salesmen for their clubs. When the time is right I will listen to the right offers that my agent has for me.

"It is very simple, if Barcelona are interested you listen, if Real Madrid are interested you listen, if Chelsea are interested you listen.

"There are maybe five clubs in the world that you know you must at least listen to."

Neymar has clocked up 23 Brazil caps at this early stage of career, and has amassed more than 100 goals for Santos in all competitions.
