Barcelona's Gerardo Martino 'not keen on signing Daniel Agger or David Luiz'

New Barcelona coach Gerardo Martino reportedly has no plan to consider Liverpool's Daniel Agger or Chelsea's David Luiz this summer.

New Barcelona coach Gerardo Martino has reportedly ruled out bids to sign either Liverpool defender Daniel Agger or Chelsea's David Luiz.

Both Premier League players have been linked with the Spanish giants during the course of the summer window.

However, following Tito Vilanova's departure due to ill health, new boss Martino is believed to be targeting other defenders, with Agger and Luiz not part of the list, according to The Express.

Reports in Spain have claimed that Martino's shortlist contains Julio Dos Santos, Santiago Vergini and Walter Samuel.
