Winger Eden Hazard reportedly has no intention of leaving Real Madrid during the January transfer window.

Eden Hazard is reportedly keen to prove himself at Real Madrid, rather than entertain an exit during the January transfer window.

Despite making five starts and five substitute outings this season, the winger is not regarded as first choice by manager Carlo Ancelotti.

Over recent weeks, the 30-year-old has been linked with a return to Chelsea or a transfer to Newcastle United.

However, according to Marca, Hazard has no intention of leaving the Bernabeu at the turn of the year, the playmaker instead eager to show his qualities in Spain.

The report suggests that Hazard wants to repay the confidence shown in him in 2019 before injuries and a lack of form took their toll.

While Real are not against lowering the wage bill at the midway point of the campaign, club officials are also of the opinion that they should not weaken their squad.
