Roberto Di Matteo is coy over Wigan Athletic forward Victor Moses but does admit that Chelsea are interested in signing the Nigeria international.

Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo has revealed that the Champions League winners are in discussions with Wigan Athletic over forward Victor Moses.

The London outfit have been constantly linked with the Nigeria international, with recent reports claiming that the Blues have had a third bid rejected by the Latics.

"[It's] something that the clubs are discussing but at the moment he is a Wigan player," said Di Matteo. "He had a good season last season, he is young and an interesting prospect."

While Moses is said to be angling for a way out of the DW Stadium, club chairman Dave Whelan believes that the 21-year-old should commit his future to the club.
