Inter Milan, Napoli and Lazio are reportedly all interested in signing Chelsea defender Emerson Palmieri.

Inter Milan, Napoli and Lazio are reportedly all interested in signing Chelsea defender Emerson Palmieri during this summer's transfer window.

The 26-year-old only made 15 appearances for the Blues during the 2020-21 campaign, with both Marcos Alonso and Ben Chilwell ahead of him in the pecking order for the left-back spot.

Emerson is widely expected to move on in the upcoming market, and according to reports in Italy, there are three clubs battling for his signature.

Inter, Napoli and Lazio are said to be interested in the defender, and journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has claimed that the Italy international is a leading target for the Serie A champions.

Emerson made just two Premier League appearances last season, but he did make the squad for the Champions League final against Manchester City, where he was an unused substitute.

The Italian only has 12 months left to run on his contract at Stamford Bridge.
