Chelsea are reportedly still targeting a move for Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar.
The Blues were one of a number of clubs who were linked with the 27-year-old in the summer transfer window, but a move away from Inter never materialised.
According to Calcio Mercato, Chelsea are still interested in signing Skriniar, with the player's future at Inter still uncertain.
With his current contract set to expire next summer, foreign clubs will be permitted to negotiate a pre-contract agreement from January.
However, the Blues will face fierce competition in their pursuit, with Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid among the clubs that are vying for Skriniar's signature.
The Slovakia international has made 224 appearances for Inter, chipping in with 11 goals and four assists.
