Josi Quintero has confirmed on his Twitter page that he has agreed a contract with Chelsea.
The 17-year-old, who spent the early part of his career with Barcelona, was believed to be a target of both Arsenal and Lyon.
However, the attacking midfielder has committed his future to the West Londoners.

Quintero was on the bench for Chelsea's Under-21 side's encounter against Sutton United yesterday.
