Chelsea reportedly reject a £50m bid from Barcelona for winger Willian.

Chelsea have reportedly rejected a £50m bid from Barcelona for winger Willian.

The 29-year-old, who is currently at the World Cup with Brazil, scored six goals and registered eight assists in 36 Premier League appearances last season.

According to the Daily Mail, the Spanish giants are keen on seeing him link up with fellow countryman Philippe Coutinho in midfield following the departure of Andres Iniesta.

The newspaper adds that Willian's representatives have been in Barcelona regarding the bid, which is believed to be below the valuation set by Chelsea.

The winger is under contract at Stamford Bridge until 2020.
