Premier League duo Chelsea and Newcastle United have reportedly emerged as potential suitors for AC Milan attacker Brahim Diaz in this summer's transfer window.
The ex-Manchester City man has spent three seasons on loan in Milan since making the switch to Spanish giants Real Madrid from Pep Guardiola's side at the start of 2019.
Diaz was a key part of the Rossoneri team who won the Serie A title last campaign, appearing 31 times as they earned their first Scudetto for 11 years, scoring three and assisting three.
According to The Sun, Chelsea and Newcastle have been made aware of Diaz's possibile availability in the summer, with both clubs said to be keeping an eye on the player's situation.
The report adds that Milan have an option to secure the Spaniard's services permanently for £19.5m, however Carlo Ancelotti's Los Blancos have a buy-back clause of £24m if the player was to leave the Bernabeu.
The Rossoneri have a fight on their hands to finish in the top four in Serie A this season, and face a crunch clash with league leaders Napoli when club football resumes following the international break.
