Three Premier League clubs are interested in signing Everton midfielder Jack Rodwell during the January transfer window, according to Sky Sports News.
Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City are said to be interested in the 20-year-old, but it is thought that Chelsea are currently the favourites to capture his signature.
Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas is reportedly looking to add a versatile midfielder to his squad and has identified Rodwell as the ideal candidate.
Rodwell, who made his England debut earlier this year, recently signed a new contract at Goodison Park.
It is thought that it would take an offer of around £20m to prise him away from the Toffees.
