Chelsea are reportedly keeping a watchful eye over Ousmane Dembele's turbulent situation at Barcelona.
The France international is currently embroiled in a public spat with the club over his reluctance to sign a new deal, with director Mateu Alemany telling him to leave "as soon as possible".
Dembele has insisted that he will not be forced out of the club, but the former Borussia Dortmund man has been exiled from matchday squads ahead of the final few days of the January window.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has publicly stated his admiration for Dembele, and the Evening Standard claims that the attacker is indeed on the European champions' radar.
However, attacking reinforcements are not Chelsea's priority at the minute, with the report adding that Tuchel is still focusing his efforts on signing a new left-back to cover for Ben Chilwell.
Dembele has registered one goal and two assists in 11 games across all tournaments this season but was left at home for Sunday's victory over Alaves.
