Chelsea 'keen to re-sign Kevin De Bruyne from Wolfsburg'

Chelsea are allegedly planning to launch a bid to re-sign Kevin De Bruyne from Wolfsburg this summer.

Chelsea are reportedly keen to re-sign Kevin De Bruyne from Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg.

Blues boss Jose Mourinho is plotting a summer swoop for the Belgian, but faces competition from Manchester United and Manchester City, according to The Express.

De Bruyne has been in good form for Wolfsburg this season, scoring six times and providing 11 assists to help his side climb up to second place in the table.

Chelsea sold the midfielder to the German outfit last year in a deal worth £18m.
