Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling has reportedly emerged as a possible transfer target for Chelsea.
Sterling has established himself as one of the key members of Pep Guardiola's first-team squad at the Etihad Stadium, with 19 goals being scored in 34 appearances in all competitions this season.
However, despite talk over a new contract, Sterling's current deal expires in 2020 and it appears that Chelsea may look to exploit any uncertainty regarding the 23-year-old's future.
According to Don Balon, the Blues will make their move for the England international if Eden Hazard joins Real Madrid during the summer.
Chelsea are keen for the Belgian playmaker to remain at Stamford Bridge but if he does leave for the Bernabeu, the West Londoners would likely receive over £100m for his signature.
That would provide the funds for a bid to be launched for Sterling, who has previously spent time in England's capital with Queens Park Rangers.
