Chelsea have allegedly been left doubting whether Real Madrid will fulfil their financial requirements with regards to Eden Hazard.
With just a year left on his contract, Hazard was allowed to leave Stamford Bridge for the Bernabeu last summer in a big-money deal which included a number of add-ons.
According to the Daily Mail, the next installment is due ahead of the next transfer window, a portion of which would be handed to Blues manager Frank Lampard.
However, the report claims that Chelsea fear missing out on the expected income as a result of television broadcasters in Spain failing to pay out to Real.
The knock-on effect could be the Premier League outfit being left with a reduced budget ahead of next season.
In total, Chelsea are allegedly due in the region of €46m (£40m) across a number of years.
