Police believe that there is enought evidence to charge Chelsea and England captain John Terry over a recent racism row with QPR's Anton Ferdinand.

The Police are reportedly keen to charge Chelsea and England captain John Terry over his recent racism row with Anton Ferdinand.

Terry is currently under investigation by the Football Association and the Metropolitan Police after it was alleged that he made a racist remark to the Queens Park Rangers defender during a match last month.

Police now believe that there is enough evidence to charge the 30-year-old, according to The Mirror.

The news comes after Liverpool striker Luis Suarez was charged by the FA for allegedly making racist comments toward Manchester United defender Patrice Evra in a game last month.
