Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas believes that December and January will be the two biggest months in his side's season.
The 33-year-old was speaking after seeing the Blues slip to a 2-1 defeat at home to Liverpool this afternoon, a result which has left them 12 points adrift of Manchester City at the top.
"[The loss] is a bad blow for us," Villas-Boas told Sky Sports News. "We need to get it right.
"In terms of the Premiership things are difficult because Manchester City have had an excellent start.
"I think we all agree that December and January is two months with a lot of Premiership fixtures. In those fixtures we have to make the most of it."
The odds of Villas-Boas being sacked on the back of today's defeat have halved to 16/1.
