Fernando Torres expresses his happiness at scoring three goals for Chelsea against Queens Park Rangers this afternoon.

Chelsea striker Fernando Torres has described himself as "very happy" following his three-goal contribution against Queens Park Rangers earlier today.

The Spanish striker's trio of goals marked his first hat-trick in the Premier League since September 2009.

Speaking after the match, Torres revealed that he delighted with his and the team's performance at Stamford Bridge.

"I am very happy," he told BBC Sport. "I knew if I worked hard the goals would come.

"It's the same for the team, we are playing more as a team now."

Torres joined Chelsea in January 2011 for £50m from Liverpool.
