Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly confident that manager Mauricio Pochettino will not be lured to Chelsea, despite the Premier League champions showing interest in the Argentine.
The 43-year-old, who took charge of Spurs in 2014 after leaving Southampton, has had an impressive season with a young Spurs side - guiding them to fourth in the table and five points off top spot after 23 games.
It is believed that Pochettino has attracted interest from Chelsea, who will appoint a permanent successor to Jose Mourinho when Guus Hiddink's interim spell comes to an end in the summer.
The Argentine is said to be on a shortlist that also includes Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone and Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri, but according to the Evening Standard, Tottenham believe that Pochettino will stay at White Hart Lane.
The former Espanyol boss is believed to have strong relationships with Spurs' academy coaches and Pochettino will reportedly be handed a hefty financial bonus should the team finish in the top four this season.
