Chelsea playmaker Oscar has insisted that he is not feeling the pressure of being the team's main creative force this season.
The 22-year-old Brazilian has often been selected ahead of Juan Mata during the current campaign, despite the latter's impressive performances for the Blues over the past two years.
Instead of crumbling under the weight of expectation at Stamford Bridge, Oscar admits that he is enjoying the added responsibility.
"I am happy to play for a big team like Chelsea and to have this responsibility [Jose] Mourinho has given me," he told the London Evening Standard. "I don't feel the pressure. I have the same situation with Brazil where there is a lot of expectation.
"Mourinho has shown a lot of faith, trust and confidence in me. My teammates trust me as well. I don't feel my age comes into it. I am dealing with it well."
Oscar has scored five goals in 14 games for Chelsea so far this season.
