Steve Clarke unhappy with penalty decision

Steve Clarke reveals his displeasure with the penalty decision that cost his side a point at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Clarke has revealed his anger at the decision from Andre Marriner to award Chelsea a penalty late in the 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge.

Eden Hazard scored from 12 yards after Steven Reid was adjudged to have fouled Ramires, but Clarke insists that the decision was unfair on his side.

"What's my take on the penalty? Non-penalty. That's my take. I'm sad, angry but also proud because we were magnificent today," Clarke told reporters.

"Late penalty decisions have cost us 5 points. Southampton got a soft one, we weren't given a stonewall penalty at Stoke and now today's decision.

"We deserved the three points and I'm proud of my players."

West Brom are now 11th in the Premier League.
