Chelsea chairman Bruce Buck believes that Roman Abramovich has as much desire as he had 10 years ago to win trophies with the club.

Chelsea chairman Bruce Buck has insisted that owner Roman Abramovich is eager for more trophies after 10 years at Stamford Bridge.

The Russian billionaire marks a decade in charge of the West London outfit today, where he has witnessed the club win 11 trophies, including three Premier League titles.

"What came through to me loud and clear in those early days was the new owner's passion for the game and potential he saw for what Chelsea FC could achieve, both on and off the pitch," Buck wrote in The Times.

"Will Roman Abramovich become bored, having won all the major trophies? My answer is no. Can Jose Mourinho bring more success to the club? My answer is yes."

Chelsea skipper John Terry has also spoken about the tycoon, claiming that Abramovich has "transformed" the club.
