Rafael Benitez has claimed that the next Chelsea manager will be given £100m to improve the squad for next season.
The interim manager led Chelsea to a 2-1 victory over Benfica in the Europa League final yesterday, but Saturday's game against Everton will be his last in charge of the club.
Benitez, however, believes that the new manager will be given considerable backing by Roman Abramovich to invest in the playing squad.
"What I am sure about is that next season Chelsea will be much better because they will spend £100m and they will sign three or four players," Benitez told The Sun.
"The foundation is already there. The future is bright for them.
"I don't know who the next coach will be, I am not the one who should say, even though everyone speculates the same person."
Benitez's previous clubs include Valencia, Liverpool and Inter Milan.
