Report: Cardiff City to offer Ole Gunnar Solskjaer huge transfer budget

Cardiff City will reportedly offer Ole Gunnar Solskaer a huge transfer budget in a bid to bring him to the club.

Cardiff City have reportedly set aside a "huge transfer war chest" in a bid to attract Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to the club.

The former Manchester United striker has emerged as the favourite to replace Malky Mackay at the Bluebirds.

Metro reports that the club's owner, Vincent Tan, has told the board to do whatever it takes to bring the Norwegian to the Welsh side, including offering him a big transfer budget for January's window.

Mackay was dismissed earlier this week following speculation that he had been told to quit or face the sack by Tan.
