Crystal Palace loanee Kwesi Appiah has been named as one of the four nominees for October's League Two Player of the Month after his performances for Cambridge United last month.
The 24-year-old striker scored three goals and provided two assists for Cambridge and joins Mark Cullen, Carl McHugh and Brad Potts in being nominated.
Luton Town forward Cullen netted five goals in five starts, including a hat-trick in the 3-1 win over Dagenham & Redbridge, as the Hatters won every game in October.
McHugh has had to move from left-back to centre-half for Plymouth Argyle and last month helped the Devon side to five straight clean sheets.
Carlisle United scored as many goals as any other side last month and Potts shone in midfield with two of their 11 October strikes.
The winner will be announced on Friday.
