Bristol Rovers defender Tom Lockyer has signed a contract extension with the League Two club.
The 18-year-old's new deal at the Memorial Stadium is due to expire in 2016.
"Tom is a great example for other young players coming through the ranks," Rovers manager John Ward told the club's official website. "He is proof that if you work hard there are opportunities for you at this club.
"Tom has a really good future ahead of him, and I am really pleased he has signed this contract extension."
Lockyer penned his first professional terms with Rovers in 2012 after graduating from the club's youth academy.
