Brighton & Hove Albion pair sign contract extensions

Brighton & Hove Albion pair Casper Ankergren and Inigo Calderon sign one-year contract extensions with the Championship club.

Brighton & Hove Albion duo Casper Ankergren and Inigo Calderon have signed new one-year deals with the Championship club.

The pair have extended their stays at the Amex Stadium until the end of next season.

Goalkeeper Ankergren, 35, made just one appearance for the Seagulls during the 2014-15 campaign. Meanwhile, 35-year-old defender Calderon scored one goal in 41 matches.

Both players arrived at Brighton in 2010 and helped the club win the League One title under Gus Poyet in 2011.
