Brighton & Hove Albion have reportedly made a second offer for Reading defender Liam Moore.
The Seagulls' opening bid is understood to have been rejected earlier this week, as the Royals are keen to keep hold of the 25-year-old unless a large sum is offered.
Sky Sports News reports that Albion are now awaiting a response from Reading as to whether their latest approach has been successful, with Chris Hughton already managing to wrap up deals for Leon Balogun and Florin Andone.
Moore has spent two seasons at the Madejski Stadium, playing a key part for the Reading side that reached the playoff final in 2016-17, and he has three years to run on his existing deal.
The Berkshire outfit were embroiled in a relegation fight last time around, however, and boss Paul Clement intends to freshen up his squad over the summer.
