Brentford midfielder Sam Saunders has said that his side should grab today's League One playoff final "by the scruff of the neck".
The Bees face Yeovil Town for a place in the Championship today at Wembley after getting past Swindon Town in the semi-finals on penalties.
"We know being at Wembley will be a big factor but hopefully we can perform as we have done all season," Saunders told BBC London 94.9.
"Even though these are young lads, they are playing in massive games and that can only make them stronger as characters and men.
"A lot of them have grown and come on leaps and bounds. Hopefully they can grab the occasion by the scruff of the neck and show what good players they are."
Brentford missed out on automatic promotion on the final day of the season when they failed to convert a penalty before Doncaster went up the other end and scored to guarantee their promotion at the expense of the Bees.
